FeRAM
Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FeRAM) is a type of nonvolatile memory. Unlike traditional nonvolatile memory, such as EEPROM and FLASH, FeRAM provides an optimal solution for applications that require data logging, based on the advantages of faster write speed, increased durability, and low power consumption.
Applications
ReRAM
Resistive random access memory (ReRAM) is a type of nonvolatile memory. It has the advantage of very low power consumption (0.15 mA@5 MHz type), and Read Endurance is durable without limitations. Write Endurance can record 10 times more than NOR Flash, or 1 million times more. It is used in medical and wearable devices based on high performance and miniaturized size.
